
You are what you think. You feel what you think and you become what you feel.
Stop.
Stop putting yourself down. Stop negative thoughts from entering your mind. Stop putting your thoughts and your feelings after everyone else’s. Stop worrying about what other people think of you.
Love yourself. Be kind to yourself. Respect yourself and don’t say things to yourself that you would never say to another person. How can you expect others to love and respect you when you don’t respect yourself?
You are worth it. You are special. You are deserving and most of you are important. In fact you are the most important person in your life. You deserve love, happiness and joy.
Just remember that positive thoughts attract positive people and situations. And negative thoughts attract negative people and situations.
You can’t change the people or situations in your life, but you can change yourself and how you respond to these people and situations. Therefore infuse your life with positivity and watch how beautiful your life becomes.
Just like how beauty is in the eye of the beholder, life is what you make of it and how you react and respond to people and situations you come across.
Choose positivity. Positivity is the way forward.
