Love everyone in the world as if they are your own. Treat everyone you meet in the way you would like to be treated. Love. Love everyone and love unconditionally. Love is the most powerful emotion in the world. Even God himself bows down to true love.
These are all the phrases we hear on a daily basis. Love is the answer to being a better person. Love is the answer to give to those who are unkind to you. Love tops all human emotion and nothing is more superior than love itself.
Well today I challenge Love. My love for my brother has to be more powerful than my brother’s fear. My love for him surely must withstand his anger. And my love for him will surely melt his pain and worries away. My love for him, will surely knock down the barriers that he has built around him? The ones that stop anyone from getting too close.
These barriers are built from pain, anger and fear. These barriers can only be knocked down with love. I pray to you God that my love and my family’s love for my brother and each other is enough to get us through this. But at the same time I am challenging the power of Love. Give me proof that love is powerful and is the only weapon we need to get through this!
